NOTE

  • For 'RNA Symbol', you can use Ensembl Gene Name or Xenbase Gene Symbol. (e.g. 'MIR106B', 'Ptp4a1', 'Gnas', 'ccdc50.L')
  • For 'RNA ID', you can use keyword such as 'MI0000734' or '19243' or 'ENSRNOG00000025889' or 'XB-GENE-984496' etc.
    Use Ensembl/Xenbase to normalize your input information. (Reference genomes: GRCh38 (Homo sapiens), GRCm39 (Mus musculus), mRatBN7.2(Rattus norvegicus) , and XENLA_10.1(Xenopus laevis) )
  • If you have trouble with searching, you can check the following tips.

1. For RNA, check if you use the official symbol or ID. Alias are not supported in this pattern due to its inexplicit usage.
2. If you gained no result or too few results, you may use substring of the keyword.
